Housing Program Appointments
The Housing Program Specialist is available upon request to assist with questions regarding your housing concerns. If you need help, you can request an in-person or digital appointment to speak with the Housing Program Specialist.

Before your digital appointment, remember to:
- Have a computer, tablet or smartphone with internet access.
- The use of webcams during the session is optional.
- During the session, City Staff can share their computer screen.
- Be prepared to share your computer screen and electronic documents during the session.
- Organize and plan for a session, have an agenda, and be prepared with all your questions in advance.
